Adults consume 1-2 tablespoons a day, and children consume 2 teaspoon a day!
Keep all sea moss products refrigerated, and if you have more than 1 jar you can freeze the others until you are ready for it. Be aware that it does have an expiration so please be sure to be consistent with taking it. Shelf life is 3 to 4 weeks!
